Like you, I am making major changes to my body. My before pics look very much like yours. So my goal is to have my pics in a year or so to reflect more like yours. Sorry to say where I live is small gym, that I am currenly using, until I can switch to either Lifestyles or Golds., since te one down the street from me does not have any bars, so I am using the dumbbells and machines in the mean time.
 
Any way was great to see a site like yours, informative and usefull.
 
Not alot of workout buds arround me here in St Pete. Just have not discovered, what gym.
 
But not letting that stop me.

I went to the gym when it opened to get my cardio workout out of the way.  I had a pretty good time.

Cardio  
Elliptical 60 mins. 7.63 mi. 1021 cals.
Treadmill 50 mins. 2.95 mi. 555 cals.
Totals: 110 mins. 10.58 mi. 1576 cals.

After work, I went to the gym to do my arms workout.  Jamie couldn't stick around, so he did the same workout earlier.  I had a good workout.
